Welp, here we are

You know what’s hard for a perfectionist? Promoting an app with a definite launch date and then having to tell everyone that it’s not going to happen by that date.

Yeah, so…that. I’ve been cringing so hard that I should probably go see a chiropractor. Though, by the time it’s safe to seek non-urgent medical care, things will have progressed and I’ll be cringing no more.

We’ve been calling Accomplist a to-do app for perfectionists, but it’s really a mental health app disguised as a to-do app. So we’re calling it a mental health app now to make it easier for perfectionists to find us. As part of that change, the app will include additional features to help perfectionists stop beating themselves up. And we’ll have an online community where we can cheer each other on in our pursuit of imperfection. There may even be photos of my messy kitchen to make you feel better about your own kitchen.

The app isn’t ready for prime time (or even late-night public access), because of reasons that you don’t care about. But there’s no reason to delay the Accomplist Community, so it’s live.

You can join The Accomplist Community for free by clicking Community at the top of this page. See you there!
